Shipping policy

We understand that musical instruments are fragile and highly valuable. We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within India generally takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote locations or the North East may take slightly longer.

• Heavy/Bulky Items: Large items like Acoustic Pianos, Digital Pianos, or large drum kits may require special freight handling. Delivery times for these items may range from 7 to 14 business days. (Note: Certain items like Clavinovas may include home installation, which will be scheduled with you directly).

• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and your delivery pin code.

3. In-Store Pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Delhi branches. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up.

4. Damages During Transit Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at +91-8447445417 or priyankamusical@yahoo.com.
