Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your musical instrument purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for an eligible item.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and tags).

  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene, copyright, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective out-of-the-box:

  • Wind instruments (Saxophones, Harmonicas, Flutes, Melodicas, etc.)

  • Microphones (if unsealed)

  • In-ear monitors and headphones (if unsealed)

  • Guitar strings, drum heads, and drumsticks (if the packaging is opened)

  • Software, software licenses, or MIDI controllers bundled with registered software.

3. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video/photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at our own shipping expense once the defect is verified.

4. The Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
